The printer is great, high detail and great speed. unfortunately the shipping time is really bad: promised 7 day - the wash&cure never arrived, the rest at least after 20days. Cannot recommend this seller, the printer I can recommend.

Très content de cet achat, bonne communication du vendeur, la wash était en retard le vendeur ma accordé un geste commercial. Le tout fonctionne parfaitement seul un petit accro sur fep mais sinon tout est parfait.

La stampante non è mai arrivata, ordinata il 2/11, oggi è il 25/12... altro che consegna in 7 giorni!!! Spedita il 03/12, ritornata al mittente il 08/12 per cause tuttora sconosciute, ho contattato il venditore che ha sempre tergiversato e risposto con "abbi pazienza, ci vuole tempo, ci stiamo impegnando...", cadendo dalle nuvole quando l'ho informato che DHL gli aveva reso il pacco con tanto di firma per ricevuta!!! Per la mia esperienza venditore completamente inaffidabile, serietà zero, professionalità zero, comunicazione -2. Se dovete acquistare la stampante in questione ve lo sconsiglio vivamente, state alla larga da venditori così! Pessimo!!

The printer and resin were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the Cure & Wash station was lost due to the delivery service. After I contacted the seller, they sent a new one which was delivered very quickly (two days). I can fully recommend this seller!
